Welcome! My name is Sarah Waling and I'm a certified life, trauma, and relationship coach. I got my certifications after healing my own insecure attachment style (fearful avoidant) so I am able to offer my clients a personal and professional perspective, combining my education with my experience of what truly worked for me and what I have seen work best for my clients over time. I assist people of any insecure attachment style (dismissive avoidant, anxious preoccupied, & fearful avoidant also known as ambivalent/disorganized/anxious-avoidant) in healing and becoming securely attached!

 

You can look at your attachment style as a blueprint of exactly what to heal on your healing journey as each attachment style has common pitfalls & patterns. True healing of your attachment style to become securely attached involves healing core wounds/limiting beliefs, healing poor communication patterns in relationships, developing skills with boundaries, reprogramming unhealthy behaviors, and learning all about your needs!
